We officially have summer fever here at the Taste and Tell household. We have made the summer bucket list, have been trying to plan a few small getaways, and have been sleeping in and staying up late. I know we are only a couple weeks into summer break, but it sure does feel good to relax a little bit!!

One of my favorite things to do in the summer is to spend the evenings al fresco, dining and cooking in the back yard. The sun is a little too direct and hot with our current setup right now to sit outside when it’s dinnertime (I’m working on a solution to that) but I cannot stop grilling.
