Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. Now that another month is over, it is time for a new round of monthly favorites. I took a bit of a blogging break in November, so not only do I have November favorites to share, I have October favorite to share as well.
October Favorites

Small Contour Brush, Sigma - I have been using this brush for my highlighter. I love the size; it is perfect to sweep on a bit of highlighter to the tops of my cheeks and down my nose.
Rejuvenate Oil Intensive, Monat* - This was a product sample that I received to review, which I just recently posted. I loved it so much that it was a favorite of mine during the month of October. This is a great multi use oil for your skin, your hair, cuticles, elbows, just about anywhere. I especially love to use it as a scalp treatment on my sensitive scalp and on a fine lines I have near my chin.
Tea Tree Water, Lush Cosmetics - My skin just recently started to clear up but it was an absolute mess for a while. I replaced my regular toner with this. It feels like a mini spa treatment every time I spray my face and it helped reduce redness and combat my breakouts.
Matte Lipstick in Nouvelle Vogue, MAC Cosmetics - I love matte lipsticks. They are just about all I have been wearing lately. This is such a beautiful cool pink color that can be worn day or night. I had been obsessed with it throughout the month of October.

100% Pure Australian Tea Tree Oil, Apothecary Extracts* - As I mentioned, my skin had been a wreck so when I had the opportunity to review a tea tree oil I jumped. I love that this is 100% pure oil so it works more effectively and faster then other tea tree oils to dry out spots.
Baume de Rose Crystalline Bottle, By Terry - I was on the fence about this product when I first bought it. I had just finished a pot of Dior's Creme de Rose and didn't think it compared. After giving it another chance, it's actually quite similar. I think it was just the wand throwing me off. I actually now prefer this because its easier to apply and I don't have to get my finger full of product. Its a bit more expensive than Creme de Rose so if the pot doesn't bother you, I would recommend that.
Buff Lip Scrub, Julep - I love the packaging of this scrub. You apply it from the tube to your lips, rub with the applicator and tissue off. It is easy to tote in my purse and use quickly on the go. Living in New England it gets cold and my lips get chapped and scaly so I love using this during the day if I need it.

Play Sticks, Benefit Cosmetics - This has become a staple in my makeup bag. Its great for touchups throughout the day because it acts as a concealer, foundation and powder all in one. I love to freshen up my face midday while at work, and this has been so easy to do that.
Perfect Lotus Universal Powder, Pacifica - I have been using this as a setting powder lately and I really love the finish it gives me. It almost makes my foundation look airbrushed.
Hair Food Strawberry Ginger Root Clarifying Shampoo, Clairol - I don't typically like using a shampoo with sulfates but once a week or once every other week I will use one to give my hair and roots a good deep cleaning. This is great for that. It has strawberry and ginger so it smells amazing and gets rid of any product buildup.
Audible.com - I have jumped on the audible band wagon. I have been listening to books on audio on my way to and from work for the past few months and it makes the drive and traffic so much more bearable. One of my favorite audio books in October was The Good Girl by Mary Kubica. If you like Gone Girl, this would be a good read for you. Its a mystery/missing person story told from multiple points of view that all come together at the end.
November Favorites

Baked Powder Blush in Bella Rosa, Milani - This is a very bright and pigmented color, but with a light hand blended out it makes my cheeks look just naturally flushed.
Match Perfection Concealer, Rimmel - I have been loving this under my eyes. It conceals dark circles adding a little bit of a brightener. I also love the packaging, which is a squeeze tube with brush making it very easy to apply.
Skin Smoothing Exfoliator, Proactiv - I have used Proactiv off and on for years. Ever since I started to get acne in college, Proactiv has really been the only product that clears my skin and keeps it that way. The formula has changed over the years and it never worked as well as the original. I am really loving Proactiv . I find it more like the original formula from when it first came out. I have only been using the cleanser and not the 3-step program but it works just as well with my other products.
Creamy Matte Lip Color in Razzbery, Bobbi Brown - Like I mentioned, I love matte lipsticks. I have also been obsessed with Bobbi Brown lately. This is a really nice raspberry that isn't too bright and can me muted/shared out during the day.
Go Big Volumizing Mascara, Julep - I am really picky about mascara but I feel like I have been obsessed with then lately. This came in my November Julep Maven box. It makes my lashes very voluminous without being too over done so they look very natural.
Daily Microfoliant, Dermalogica* - This is another product that I received to sample that I really fell in love with. (you can check out my review here) It is gentle enough for everyday and improves the tone of my skin and eliminates redness after each use.
Facial Spray With Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater, Mario Badescu - This is an old favorite. I used the Tea Tree Water as a toner in October because my skin was a mess, but now that it has calmed down I have been using this as my toner. It smells and feels amazing, and is very gentle and calming to the skin.
Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation, Bobbi Brown - I love Bobbi Brown. Bobbi Brown was the first foundation I wore when I first started wearing makeup back in the day so I have always held a soft spot for the brand. I really like the finish of this and it lasts almost all day.
BB Cream SPF 35, Bobbi Brown - I redeemed 100 points at Sephora for this deluxe sample. I love BB and CC creams for weekend days when I don't want to put on a lot of makeup. It is a little light for me (they only had the sample in the color fair at my Sephora) but gives pretty good coverage for a BB cream. The Long-Wear Foundation is a smidge dark for me so sometimes I mix in a little of this and I really love the finish it gives me.
