Caramel Macchiato Cream Pie (That's What {Che} Said...)

If you raised your hand to any of these I have a fantastic Caramel Macchiato Cream Pie for you today that is perfect for a “Take 10” moment!

Caramel Macchiato Cream Pie might just be the easiest slice of heaven you will serve up! You can use all store bought ingredients so assembly is a breeze. You use partially thawed ice cream so even the freeze time takes less because it’s already half way there! It tastes so decadent and is the perfect mix of coffeehouse and ice cream shop! Two of my favorite places to go!

Ingredients Needed:

International Delight Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee
2 pints of vanilla ice cream
Caramel topping
Ready Made Pie Crust

I started out by placing my ice cream in my refrigerator not my freezer. They stayed there for about 30 minutes while I picked up a little from kids day out! I dumped both in a mixing bowl.

I mixed it a bit with a spatula and it smoothed right out in a minute or two. Next I added 1 cup of Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee and mixed again until well blended.

I filled the pie crust about half way and placed in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up a bit!

When you take it our you are ready for a layer of caramel!

Spread a thin layer of caramel on top of the first layer. Don’t worry if it’s not perfect. You can see where the caramel sank down on that one spot! ( I think I need to clean out my freezer, ha!)
