Long Time No Post…

I am so sorry that I haven’t posted in 2 months, that’s like 2 years in the blogging world. In August I went on vacation and then I was doing summer homework and then in September school started and it has been insane ever since. I’m taking 4 AP classes and am going crazy. I’m stressed out and strung out half the time. I also joined a couple of clubs (and quit cross country…not enough time) and decided that my friend and I are going to start a feminist/gender equality club at school which has also taken up some time.

And to top it off, I’ve gained weight and I am now at my heaviest. I finally decided that it’s time to change that. I just printed out an October calendar and am currently putting workouts on it. I’m also starting back with myfitnesspal and eating roughly 1200 calories a day. I should be able to take the weight off and get down to my goal weight by April according to losertown.org but who knows.

I have also recently got into sewing. I bought the Brother CS6000i which I have fallen in love with. I’ve practiced on my mother’s old clothing and have fallen in love. If I workout and eat healthy consistently throughout October, I gonna buy myself some fabric and patterns to start working on real, wearable clothing. I’ve also been designing clothing and practicing sketching for when I can sew as well as I can design.

I’ve always loved that my blog reflected my current interests and where I am in my life so many of the posts I will doing will be weight loss and fashion design related. I will also include my regular fashion, beauty and health and fitness posts. I’ve very excited to back into the swing of things and start trying to blog at least 2 posts a week. I also think I’m going to start doing monthly goals again because those seemed to help before. My October goals will be posted tomorrow.

So excited to get more posts out, I have some awesome things planned. Stay tuned!
