30 Days of Lists Blog Hop!

30 Days of Lists Blog Hop!

September 2015 30 Days of Lists is just around the corner (just one week away!!!), and for those of us who just can’t wait for the daily challenge to start, we can get some listing in with the original lists from March 2011.

For the past several lists, I’ve made lists in very simple pocket scrapbooking formats. This year, I was ready for a shift and a creative challenge. I decided that I’m going to try to include a small photo each day to go with my lists and opted to use the awesome exclusive rukristin 30 Days of Lists mini kit and a few basics, like lots of white journaling tags, this Basic Numbers stamp set, and plenty of Black StazOn and radiant neon ink.

I decided to put today’s hop list in my album as list “0″ on the first page of my album with a photo of a butterfly I saw on a walk in my neighborhood, which jumpstarted my journaling for my list!

Today I Saw… Butterflies & bumblebees on neighbor’s flowers / marble art in someone’s sidewalk / awesome art & music form other cultures

I used a brad through the hole in the tag so I can swing the list out from behind the journaling. The brad is from my stash and the 30 Lists clip is from Art and Whimsy. The mixed paper book, washi tape, stamp, clip, and resist die cut are all from the kit.
