Prints Like Summer
It’s over forty degrees out here in the Philippines, and as much as I would like to layer up, it’s physically impossible. The only things that make sense to wear under this heat are the lightest, most breathable fabrics or a bikini. Thankfully, I haven’t jumped on the Miami-beach-bikini-on-the-streets band wagon just yet, and airy pieces will have to do for now. So, how do you dress up for the summer without looking too skimpy? I say, go bohemian! Print on print is back with a vengeance and it’s the easiest way to stay on top of trends this summer without melting away. I wore this entire Mango outfit for a full day out, and survived the intense heat without breaking a sweat! Plus, they literally felt like I was wearing pajamas the whole day, and that’s always a huge plus on my books. Tip: Stick to 2-3 colors so you don’t end up looking like you just threw on everything you have. What do you think?
