Smells Like Summer

If you make me choose between travelling to a far far away country during the winter time, or to a local destination any time of year, I’d hands down pick the later. There’s a weird connection between me and an endless view of the deep blue sea that always pulls me back. I can’t stand to be away from the beach for long periods of time! I remember back when I was studying college at Ateneo in Manila- far from any beach getaway. Every time there was a long weekend, or a chance to fly back home, I made that trip, and instantly scheduled a boating adventure or stay at an island resort. My love for the tropics is probably why I really enjoyed my stay at Sheridan Resort in Puerto Princesa Palawan. Not only did they take care of me and my blogger besties so well, but they had also had access to so many beautiful and natural sites that just blew me away. Plus, we had Pizza Making on our last day… for breakfast… baked in the most expensive Brick Oven in the whole city! Beat that!
