Sofa Shopping

It’s been mentioned on here more than once how desperate I am for new sofa’s… Ours our 11 years old and have had four children climbing, jumping, eating, sleeping, spilling, etc on them. Now we’re just a few weeks away from moving into our new house, I’ve started sofa shopping in earnest.

I’ve had a long time crush on brown leather sofa’s. I think that they will age well, and given we have four kiddos in the house, hopefully, they’ll clean up pretty well. The sofa’s will be in our living room, with the old ones going into the playroom and one in G’s den/Guest Room. The girls have already been told they’ll be no eating or drinking on my new sofa’s {and most definitely no felt tip pens!}.

These are bespoke pieces, made just how you want them to be, though they also stock a large range of vintage and pre-loved sofa’s.

This Newcastle sofa is pretty snazzy looking too… it would be just right in the bay window in our new house.

While I’m really drawn to the brown sofas, I actually kinda love this yellow-hued number. I can picture myself curled up under a blanket with a good book {not that has any chance of happening whilst the baby is so little mind! I can but dream…}
