Avon’s new fragrance of the Rare Collection, which includes perfumes inspired by precious and semi-precious stones and precious metals (Rare Diamonds, Rare Emeralds, Rare Gold, Rare Pearls, Rare Rubies, Rare Sapphires …) is named Rare Amethyst. The fragrance is announced as a glamorous, captivating and sensual gem. The face of the perfume is model Irina Shayk. The fragrance is available as 50 ml Eau de Parfum.

Notes:
1) Wet Plum – Adds a succulent, sweet and sensuous touch
2) Violet – Brings a smooth floralcy to the fragrance
3) Sandalwood – Adds rich warmth and luxury

Another great scent from Avon with a gorgeous bottle. I feel like with each new perfume, the bottles just keep getting better. It definitely has a very powerful plummy smell to it. But the smell is really pleasant, sweet and comforting. The plum and sandalwood are the stars of the show, making the violet the middle note. What I love most about this perfume is that it fan be worn in any season, which is cost-efficient. On me, it lasted for about 3 hours before I needed to respray. and it’s not a problem since a 50 mL bottle only sets you back $25.00. I highly recommend this perfume for any woman.
