Happy Hour: Cherry Whiskey Smash by Jessica of How Sweet It Is

If you’re into rock shows and late nights, this might just be your signature drink. We teamed up with Jessica of How Sweet It Is (uh yeah, we still can’t get over it… girlfriend has a book!). There’s no better time to indulge in a cocktail than Happy Hour, and we’re celebrating all week long with a different deal (and cocktail recipe!) every day. Kick off Happy Hour with a little shopping and a little Cherry Whiskey Smash. Trust us – it’s as delish as it sounds.

What you need:
- 1 ounce jack daniels
- 1 ounce cherry juice
- 1/2 ounce amaretto
- 1/2 ounce ginger brandy
- 2 ounces cherry cola
- 5 maraschino cherries
(Serves one, is easily multiplied)

What you do:
– Add cherries to the bottom of the glass and muddle until smashed.
- Add ice.
– In a cocktail shaker add Jack Daniels, cherry juice, amaretto and brandy, shaking for 15 seconds – to combine.
– Pour over ice, then top off with cherry cola and stir.
– Serve with additional cherries if desired.
