The 70’s are back in a big way. This spring, I am celebrating that era with a dose of high wasted denim and these culottes that are pretty much made of my dreams. 7 for all Mankind is and has always been on top of my denim list. Denim, whether it is white or indigo or any type of silhouette is always meant to be an effortless part of your wardrobe. 7FAM has this seasons 70s silhouettes covered and so far this is my new favorite. Spring is all about festivals, music, feeling free, feeling feminine and embracing your own shape and style. My wardrobe this season does not stop at crop tops and shorts, I am so excited to experiment with this new 70s fusion of fashion and music. That for sure includes these new denim culottes in all kinds of different ways. Don’t get me wrong that is still on high rotation, but I am loving this new denim silhouette, high rise culottes are now my alternative to the every day go to uniform this summer. Speaking of rotation, black and white is an all year combo that always makes me feel a little more edgy but never without the boho touch, which is why I had to add some color in the shoes. I always wonder what the soundtrack to summer might be. This year, I think old school rock and all the vinyl classics will set the tone to an adventurous trip through the next couple of warm months that are on the horizon.
