Imagine waking up to a view like this every morning… Quiet, serene, and absolutely gorgeous! It’s definitely a sit and sip a cup of coffee kind of spot, don’t you think? You will find this view and the beautiful home it belongs to in an area of Copenhagen that we haven’t really talked about so much, but is quite a desirable place to live. Located right on the water, this furnished apartment in Islands Brygge embodies the notion of luxury, not only with the view facing into Central Copenhagen, but also with accessibility to the city, modernness, and stunning architecture.

Islands Brygge is a quickly growing area that is relatively new, with long walking paths near the water, upscale grocery stores, loads of surrounding green space and some really great shops that we hope to take you back to very soon. I shot this home for Capital Homes and was so in love with it that I thought you might like a peek inside, too. The home is semi-furnished (the rest of the furnishings will be purchased to the taste of the next renter), has three bedrooms, a gorgeous large balcony, and a modern design that is sleek and sophisticated. I’m in love!

I would be hard pressed to leave that spot by the window, but getting in to town is a quick bike ride across the bridge featured in the photo above. How very urban chic!
