THE COMFIEST TEE

TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA The comfiest tee ever? Yes, you heard right. Don't you love those super old clothes that have great stories behind? Well I do, so here's the story about this cool and colorful tee: It's actually older than me which makes it even more interesting for myself. My mom got it while she was in Florida in the early 90s with my dad and they brought back SO many of those oversized tees which you can get basically anywhere over there. This particular one (which is my absolutely favorite out of all) she got in Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay, Florida. It's basically the coolest theme park ever, she said. I'm kind of jealous right now while looking at all the pictures and stuff like that and wished I was there right know.

This tee screams summer, sun and fun to me because of it's comfy yet cool look with lots of neon colors on it. I absolutely love pairing old pieces like that with some newer fashionable ones to create that cool and laid-back kind of look. Since I'm such a color freak right now it can't get too colorful for me so I paired it up with one of my all time favorite statement necklaces and this cute little bag which matches the necklace perfectly. I just realized that this is another outfit with me wearing flats. Such a big deal, right? But this heatwave is SO hot over here right now that it is basically impossible for me to wear heals and trying to walk good enough in them while my feet are sweaty as hell.Believe me or not but I have my feet in a plastic basket with ice cold water trying to beat this heat..

It has been so unbelievable hot these past couple of days that everything is so heated and I'm just trying to get some fresh and cool air. I'm definitely not born for this heat, I'm more like a spring person where it's not too hot and not too cold. But honestly, if I had to choose between hot summer and winter.. I would for sure say winter. Maybe it's because I was born in february that I am more like a wintery person but I just can't stand this heatwave anymore. Let me know if you feel the same way or if you one of those persons who love this incredible heat. For one of my best friends, it can't be too hot. She's always wanting more and more heat and while I'm sweating she's basically cold. Crazy african person, but I love her. But now back to the outfit: While we were shooting these pictures, it's always so hard in summer to find a good place with perfect light since the sun is basically coming from everywhere which don't always look good in pictures. We were lucky and found this place in the shade because it was impossible to shoot a whole outfit in the burning sun.
