Funny Valentine

Happy Valentine’s Day my loves! Whether you have a significant other or not, Valentine’s Day is a celebration of love whether that be the love from your family, love from your friends or just the love of yourself. Another day of life is never a somber thing so celebrate anyhow!

I couldn’t resist wearing this ensemble for this special day. It just seemed so perfect for the occasion. Polka dots and red pom pom shoes? Sign me up! I spotted these adorable shoes on ShoeDazzle’s website where they were on sale (favorite thing ever). I wasn’t a member of ShoeDazzle before so for signing up, I received an additional member’s discount and the shoes came down to only $15! Can you believe that?! Because the shoes are so distinct I knew that whatever I wore on the bottom half had to be muted. A plain white midi skirt turned out to be the blank canvas that I needed. With a polka dot print top to offset the red and white, this look is sassy, sweet and oh so girlie (just how I like it).
