Have you heard that winter has arrived early in Chicago? It actually snowed this weekend. SNOWED! These days, I'll do and wear just about anything to stay warm. With that being said, wearing a faux fur vest is one of the very few stylish ways to stay toasty in the cooler months (and perfect for playing dress-up during all the other months might I add). That's why in fall and winter, I love the soft-as-can-be, glamorous appeal of faux fur.
Styling tip: Faux fur is never boring. But for a really standout, yet comfy, cozy ensemble, consider mixing prints and textures like I have here. I'm a little mad for plaid currently, so I paired this plaid blouse with my faux fur (or to some, roadkill-chic) sweater vest. I'm digging the results!
