Krav Maga: Sunsilk Project Take a chance

All’incirca un mese fa ho preso parte al progetto Sunsilk Take a chance.
Vi avevo già anticipato qualcosa nelle scorse settimane sui social e ve ne ho parlato anche qui: SUNSILK #TAKEACHANCE .
Sunsilk ha deciso di creare TAKE A CHANCE, invitando me e altre mie colleghe a prenderci un momento per noi e a cogliere le opportunità.
In questo caso ero libera di scegliere un qualsiasi corso, dalla cucina fino alla recitazione.
Qualcosa che abbiamo sempre voluto fare, ma purtroppo, chi per paura, chi per pigrizia e chi per tempo, non è mai stato portato a termine.
In questa occasione, mi sono fermata a pensare cosa avrei voluto fare, ma non ho mai fatto.
La risposta è arrivata abbastanza velocemente.
Krav Maga.
Cos’è Krav Maga?
Krav Maga significa, combattimento con contatto ed è l’autodifesa che viene impartita all’esercito Israeliano, esistono diverse branchie di questa disciplina, quelle più sportive e rivisitate e quelle che permettono di gestire, se dov’essere capitare, uno scontro/aggressione.
La seconda tipologia è quella da me scelta e grazie a Sunsilk ho frequentato per un mese le lezioni di Krav.
Mi è così piaciuto che ho deciso d’intraprendere questa disciplina per un periodo molto più lungo.

Krav Maga: What does it means?

About a month ago I was involved in the project Sunsilk Take a chance.

Sunsilk has decided to create TAKE A CHANCE, inviting me and my other colleagues to take a moment for us and seize opportunities.
In this case I was free to choose any course, from the kitchen to the acting.
Something we always wanted to do, but unfortunately, for those who fear, laziness and those who in time, was never completed.
On this occasion, I stopped to think about what I wanted to do, but I never did.
The answer came quickly enough.
Krav Maga.
What is Krav Maga?
Krav Maga means, combat with contact and self-defense that is imparted by the military, there are several gills of this discipline, the most sporting and revisited and those that allow you to manage, if dov’essere happen, a fight / assault.
The second type is one I had chosen because of Sunsilk and I attended for a month lessons Krav.
I liked it so I decided to undertake this discipline for a much longer period.
