NuCulture Cashew Spreads

So I have tonsssss of great new products I’ve been waiting to review.

Then I got impulsive and adventurous and booked a bunch of random trips and have been super backed up on all these amazing vegan products that I tried before I left!

And none of them are more incredible than the decadent, creamy, rich and flavorful cashew spreads from NuCulture.

Because who wouldn’t love spreadable cheeses with variations like Bacony Chipotle, Garden Herb and Pimento Paprika?

I LOVE me some cashew cheese, but I’m not always ambitious enough to make it myself. And I’m gonna be honest…NuCulture makes it WAY better than I do!

I started with their bacon flavor, and was so blown away by the intense and spot-on, smoky, spicy flavor. It would be ideal melted over nachos or in a burrito, or any Mexican food for that matter. I paired it with some No Evil chicken though, smothered that in buffalo sauce, and then smeared the bacon spread on some bread, added avocado, tomato and arugula and made the most perfect sandwich ever. Seriously. I made it three times in one week! The creaminess of the NuCulture really brought the whole thing to another level.

Their Garden Herb was also rich, luxurious and packed with tons of earthy flavors. I had a craving for potatoes, and had also made some coconut bacon, so deviled potatoes seemed like an obvious choice. The spread melted a bit with the warm potatoes, and OH MY GAWD, it was heavenly. Creamy, a little tangy and just overall delicious. I easily ate a pound of potatoes, mostly just so I had a vessel for the herb dip!

Sadly, I was too pressed for time to properly document the paprika spread! I smeared it on a tortilla with some leftover greens and veggies one day, and it made for the perfect, easy, on-the-go wrap. Although I am not the biggest pimento fan, I loved the balance of spicy, sweet and smoky in this one and I think it would work well as a salad dressing, if blended with a little lemon juice or water

Do yourself a favor and pick yourself up some of these incredibly creamy, yummy and delicious NuCulture spreads, and check out their website for more recipe ideas!
