Dear Violet,
You are an official 2 year old. How did that happen? I swear it was just a few minutes ago I was cuddling you as a newborn, smelling that sweet baby smell.
You are one amazing kid. I know all mamas say that but I'm telling you the truth. You are so smart, it amazes me how quickly you pick up on things. You are also very kind and gentle. You have been amazing while I recover from my surgery. When I came home and told you I had boo boos you ran and got your doctor kit and gave me medicine.
You have a temper on you. I hate to admit that it comes from my side of the family but it does. We come from a long line of or those who overact, good news is that it seems to dilute a teeny bit every generation.
We had a blast celebrating your birthday. We kept it low key just the three of us. We went to lunch at Rainforest Cafe
You are loving cake and blowing out candles. It is so cute.
After we went to lunch we went to Jordan's furniture where they have a little town made out of jelly beans, ice cream and a water fountain light show. Of course the highlight for you was riding up and down the escalator.
