It's Okay #18

It's okay...that I let Violet have a free for all on the candy on cookie day. She had a blast and she didn't go as nuts as I thought she would.

It's okay...that after days of searching I found a new photographer to do our pics. The one who did them the last two times was completely booked and the times she could reschedule didn't work with Marc's work schedule. I feel bad but I wanted our photos done again before Christmas.

It's okay...that because our photos are now indoors I had to scratch our outdoor outfits. Luckily I was able to find outfits for Marc and I in our closets and I was able to score a cute top for V on clearance at Target.

It's okay....to skip dance if the weather is bad. I was actually shocked it wasn't cancelled. I'm not going out in snow/ice unless I absolutely have too.

It's okay...that I'm really getting overwhelmed with all the holiday parties. My anxiety is kicking in full force, keeping me awake at night. I truly hate it. I feel like sometimes people who don't have anxiety don't fully understand how crippling it can be. There is sometimes a "no big deal" or "get over it" mentality. I'm thankful that I have Marc, my parents and close friends who do understand and support me.

It's okay...that on one hand I am loving the decorations, holiday activities, reading V Christmas books and on the other hand wanting it to be all over.

It's okay...I have been trying to convince Marc to upgrade our cable package so we can get TLC, Nickelodeon and Disney Junior. We have Disney but I want the actual Disney Junior channel. Yes...first world problems I know. Stupid cable deal has me wanting more! Especially Nickelodeon so V can watch bubble Guppies and not the episodes we own, I can't take them for much longer.
