Edinburgh
Aolai and I had decided to take a quick trip to Edinburgh to have some fun and find out how Scotland is. With only 4 hours sleep, we headed to the airport in a very giggly mood and the despite the fact that we arrived pretty early to the airport we almost lost our flight to Scotland. Very typical of us.
We started our first hours in Edinburgh by exploring the cute stores that was close to our little cute hostels. I was amazed by the architecture in Edinburgh and I totally felt like I had stepped some centuries back in time.
Luckily, our hostel was very close to Edinburgh Castle so that was our first very touristy place to go. The view from the castle was magnificent. Imagine waking up to a view like this every morning.
We really did enjoy ourselves walking among all the other tourists. I must say, I am very surprised by Aolai, she loves reading every little information you can find on the walls in these touristy places. I don’t know how she has the patience to do so. I never read anything of what’s written on the information plates when I go sightseeing. Perhaps this is why Aolai is so much smarter than me, coz she is actually interested in everything. Smart girl.
