Hot Summer Weekends: Keeping Your Beauty Cool at the Beach or in the City
We try to keep our beauty routines going in the summer, but heat and humidity conspire to destroy our efforts and leave us limp and bedraggled. Besides, we’re too busy planning our escapes to the beach to care, right? Well, there are a few things that we can try to keep our cool and look like we still have our beauty act together, whether at a sunny beach or in the hot city:
For the Beach:

I’ve got combination skin that’s dryish in the winter, and nonstop “glowy” in the summer. I love my blotting papers, but that’s not enough. And powder seems to last about five minutes. Too hot for perfume? In many cases, yes – all of us have found our senses assaulted by a powerful fragrance amplified by the heat. But there are fragrances that keep their cool no matter how hot and humid it gets.
