Fresh Air

Ahhh dog walks. Aren’t they just the perfect excuse to get a bit of air and take in the scenery? Only, sadly I don’t have a dog of my own, so I made a trip down below the river to visit Olivia and her little white ball of fluff, Maggie. We popped on our Havaianas, and I used it as the perfect excuse to get a bit of wear out of my Barbour – I’m a country girl at heart!

I love the city, but I do feel the need to amble about and get a little bit muddy every now and then – it’s a requisite of growing up in Somerset.

After a good amount of stick throwing, log-climbing and running around like a fool (Maggie still wasn’t tired out, of course), we made our way back to Liv’s house for a spot of comfort food (read: we ate an entire bag of cheese before it got anywhere near our dinner).

I’m practically counting down the days until my life is stable enough to get a pup of my own, but know it wouldn’t be a good decision with the amount of travelling that I do. One day, one day! x
