Snail mail day ♥ Día de correo

I received this snail mail a while back from my friend Mafi.

I took the photos, edited them and they were ready to be posted on the blog, but for some reason

I forgot about them! SO glad I remembered! It would be a crime not to share this! you´ll see why..

Este correo lo recibí hace tiempo, le saqué sus fotos, las edité..pero por algún motivo me despisté y no lo llegué a compartir!

Y es que sería un gran crimen no hacerlo! ya que es una autentica MARAVILLA!

Correo caracol de Milanesa para Ishtar♥

The first thing that caught my attention was the color! SO cheerful!!!

It was a pleasure for the senses!

Lo primero que me llama la atención de los correos, o de cualquier cosa en general, es el colorido!

resulta tan alegre para los sentidos! : D

Milanesa coordinated everything with lots of care and attention to detail.

All the small packages and gifts inside shared the same color palette as you can see : )

Milanesa coordinó con mucho cuidado los colores y

todos los detallitos y regalitos que venían dentro del paquete compartían la misma paleta.

Using different types of paper makes everything much more fun and fresh!

She chose vellum paper, tissue paper and white paper.It was all embellished with her cute illustrations.

Emplear diferentes tipos de papel siempre es un gran recurso que vuelve todo más fresco, divertido y dinámico.

Ella escogió papel seda, papel vegetal y papel normal para envolverlo todo,

dándole su toque personal decorándolo con sus ilustraciones!

Every package was a treat! just look at how beautiful they all were!

I loved how she gave this felt heart brooch two uses!

No faltaban los detallitos que adornaban cada paquete!

Como este broche de fieltro de corazón que servía adema´s de adorno para el regalo.

Love her joyful characters drawn for the tags.

Etiquetas hechas por ella de nuevo con sus dibujitos tan risueños..

And the presents? each was so special and all made by hand!

Y los regalitos? Cada cual más especial!

COmo este mini calendario hecho a mano!

Tags, as you could see, stickers, envelopes and this tiny little cardboard house with

its tiny windows, door and felt garland! And a crocheted little fellow ( this was his house ) : )

If I had to define this snail mail in a few words would be of course AMAZING and like having a little party in an envelope : )

Pegatinas, sobrecitos..y el esta maravilla de casita con un muñequito de ganchillo!

Como véis,su casita tenía de todo, ventanas, puertas, una mesa y hasta un mini banderilla!

Si tuviese que definir de alguna manera este correo, diría que fue como abrir una pequeña y colorida fiesta!!

Tanto mis hijos como yo disfrutamos como si de día de reyes se tratase al abrir cada uno de los muchos regalitos que contenía!
