Work it, Sporties! It’s #WorkoutWednesday! I took to the snowy fields in Central Park this past weekend to get fit with the amazing and talented yogi, Julie Weber. She will be leading the Samana Yoga and Wellness Retreat in Costa Rica this March (more info here on how to sign up and join us) so we wanted to get warmed up and play with some poses in the park. It was so great to finally meet up and get helpful health and yoga advice from this bendy beauty.
