Before you shop, Swapdom!

I have a confession to make- I'm annoyingly fickle when it comes to clothing. I typically get sick of things after only a few wears, so I'm in a perpetual state of cycling things in and out of my closet. I would love to look forward to clothing swaps with all the fervor of a child counting down to Christmas, but here's the problem- none of my friends are the same size as me!! Endlessly frustrating. So, you can imagine my excitement when I found out that Swapdom existed.

Swapdom is, obviously, an online swapping community which uses an algorithm based on your personal taste to facilitate a group swap where everyone is guaranteed to be pleased with the outcome. You don't have to do any negotiating of your own- you simply request items you want, and Swapdom tries to find a way to make it happen for you based on what you're willing to swap for it. They've begun with just offering clothing items, but hope to branch out into offering swaps for home goods and (attention mamas!) kids' clothing soon. (Wouldn't it be awesome if they added beauty products as well?)
