5 months come and gone

Hello blog, it's been awhile! I am so behind these days. Not on my picture taking...I've tried to make sure I've done plenty of that. Just on my actual sitting down at the computer and uploading. Last week was VBS at our church so I was back and forth every day to take photos and that took up a solid 5 days. We were busy, busy and the girls loved every second of it. So thankful for our church. They had the best time.

In the midst of all the chaos my Ephraim turned 5 months. Sniff, sniff. Almost halfway to a year. I feel like I have so many pictures of him in his pj's on my bed. When I think about it though that is really the calmest part of my day...thus the reason for the pictures. haha...the girls are still and quiet, he is enjoying the company of his sisters, every one is in a peaceful/good mood, the light in my bedroom is bright and perfect...why wouldn't I take advantage?!

At five months old he has:
cut two teeth
smacks his lips when he sees us eating (almost ready!)
made it through his third awful cold in his short little life
started rolling over
loves to chew on anything in sight
likes to grab my face and give me big, slobbery kisses
LOVES to laugh at anything his sisters are doing
takes two decent naps a day in his crib
sleeps through the night (been doing this for several months, thank you God)
enjoys sitting in a walker while livi and willow entertain him
still loathes his car seat though he has gotten better!
shows real excitement when his daddy walks through the door after work
and the list goes on...

He's an awesome baby. The past couple weeks were rough with the teething and the cold but his tooth finally popped
through and the cold is on it's last leg. Without further ado...pictures from the last month :)

Willow is such a little mama in the making. She adores him, loves him, just wants to be near him always. Pretty sure everyone has heard
me say how annoying this can get sometimes...being that she, literally, would be happy to be in his face 24/7...but when I think about their
growing up years it makes me happy. He will always have his big sisters watching over, protecting, loving, and leading him. Not every little
boy gets a big sister...but this little boy gets two. What a blessing.

My hands are busy, oh but my heart is FULL!
