This weekend is the Kentucky Derby -one day I'd really love to attend this event in person. I've never even had a mint julep, which is kind of crazy, given my love for all things minty (like Mojitos, thin mints, mint chocolate chip ice cream...) I could even mix a few up in the authentic mint julep cups that we sell at zhush!
With this thought in mind, I asked around for some mint julep recipes and was directed to this one from over at Garden and Gun, it came so highly recommended I'm tempted to mix up a batch tonight. Cheers!
