This beautiful dress, with its royal blue hue and sweetheart neckline, didn't need much (no pun intended) to dress it up. Remember the last time I wore this jacket Chanel on Chanel? I thought it was time to bring it out again, pairing perfectly with my mini Chanel bag and bow-adorned velvet heels.
