Too Faced The Little Black Book of Bronzers

I’ve got a sneak peek of a really great summer beach book for you that’s sure to hit the New York Times Bestseller list! It’s called Too Faced The Little Black Book of Bronzers and it’s such a fun read.

This juicy book hits shelves in May and will be exclusive to Sephora, Ulta and Too Faced. It’s hand-illustrated with really cute, whimsical drawings. Inside you will find all eight of the popular Too Faced Bronzer shades. Think of the book as a ‘Bronzer Wardrobe’ or sorts. Each shade could be used for a different purpose, mood, day of the week.

A little background about Too Faced Bronzers. Too Faced Creative Director Jerrod Blandino’s sister was diagnosed with Stage IV melanoma 12 years ago. He decided to create a set of bronzers so that women could get a nice tan, but safely. Now his sister is healthy and Too Faced has a great assortment of colors and finishes! They are also committed to the awareness and prevention of melanoma. They have donated nearly $100,000 to the Melanoma Research Foundation and will be donating $1.00 for every bronzer sold in the month of May as well (up to $30,000).

Milk Chocolate Soleil, Chocolate Soleil, Snow Bunny, Bronzed & Poreless

Milk Chocolate Soleil is a light matte bronzer and smells just like chocolate.

Chocolate Soleil is a medium/dark matte bronzer that smells like chocolate.

Snow Bunny features four luminous shades you can mix together.

Bronzed & Poreless is a matte, pore perfecting bronzer.

Pink Leopard, Beach Bunny, Endless Summer, Sun Bunny

Pink Leopard is a multi-colored shimmery leopard printed bronzer.

Beach Bunny has four shimmery shades from light to dark.

Endless Summer has a long-wear formula and a medium finish with just a hint of a sheen.

Sun Bunny has two shimmery shades you can use alone or together.

Overall: I love this! I think it’s great that all eight shades are on one place. The most obvious drawback is the size. It’s basically the size of a record (please tell me you know what a record is) and it’s not exactly the kind of thing you would want to take with you on a vacation. But it’s a great way to have all shades together and it’s really quite cute and collectible. I love the illustrations on the inside, that definitely makes it much more special in my eyes. I really love their bronzers, and even though I very rarely wear bronzer, these are usually my go-to ones!

Availability: Starting in May at Sephora, Ulta and Too Faced (limited quantities).

Pricing: $139.00 and each bronzer varies from 0.25 oz to 0.35 oz (the regular bronzer compacts are also 0.25 to 0.35 oz). If you bought all eight bronzers separately they would cost $240.00, so there is a savings here.
