roundup: beautiful grey hair

It has happened, I officially have grey hair. In the past, I’ve had a once in a while rogue grey but this last year it’s turned into a full-on patch on the right side of my head. I was recently at my hair colorist getting my blonde highlights done (which don’t cover greys) and I said, “I have greys now!” to which he said, “Oh, I noticed, I didn’t want to tell you because I’ve had ladies melt down in my chair over their greys.”

I laughed because I’m not that traumatized by my grey revelation. It’s pretty much an inevitable thing but it got me pondering what to do with these greys. ‘Should I cover them up?’ I asked myself, ‘Or let them take over and rock the grey look?’ I haven’t quite decided yet but since my blonde highlights don’t cover them – they sort of mask them – I’m currently on the path to potential all-over grey one day.

In honor of our inevitable greys, I rounded up a bunch of images of mature women (natural greys) and young women (dyed greys) all killing it with their silver sheen.
