Just finished a round of Michael Jackson music video watching on youtube (like you do) whilst perched atop my bed, appreciating the soft breeze whispering through my open window this Tuesday afternoon. I am actually very happy with how the weather has turned, currently at that in between stage where it isn't hot but not yet cold and I can breathe easy. I wouldn't mind that promised thunderstorm mind you, things like that happen to be my favourite.
Have you noticed how my attire has become overly simplified this last month or so? If the clothes I choose to wear could ever be a symbol of my approach to life than I'm sure it would be fair to say things have changed. I'm more appreciative of a realistic and humble existence and would quite happily sit back, letting life pass in whichever way it desires. I'm not fussed by the things I once was and am happy to have unclouded my thoughts a little.
With saying that It would also be worth mentioning that, bar two days, this month has gone by without a scrap of make-up hiding my face and it has been quite the opposite of a mortifying experience. Given the fact I would never leave the house without my hair and make-up being pristine before, I think I've made some real personal progression no matter how silly it sounds!
