Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl Brownies
I have been posting a lot of apple recipes lately, but one of my other favorite fall flavors is pumpkin. Pumpkin flavored things are great for Halloween or Thanksgiving. My husband also doesn’t like pumpkin, I know he is crazy, so anything I make with my pumpkin is eaten by myself and my 3 year old. That means more pumpkin for me, so that is fine.
Last year I made some brownie bites that combined pumpkin with chocolate. I love the combination of pumpkin and chocolate and think that they go really well together. I decided to pair one of my favorite Thanksgiving desserts, pumpkin cheesecake, and combine it with brownies. These brownies are easy to make and would be a great dessert for a Halloween party or for Thanksgiving.
These Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl Brownies are an easy and delicious treat. I loved the combination of the pumpkin cheesecake and brownies and the cheesecake made the brownies so moist and fudgy. I used a box mix, making these brownies really easy to make, but feel free to use your favorite brownie recipe if you rather. These would be great for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or anytime. These brownies tasted fantastic and I couldn’t get enough of them. I hope that you try them and enjoy!
