Longer, lazier and effortless days .. but with more fun things to do ☼☼
When it comes to clothing, fabrics are softer and lighter, styles are looser and in general dressing becomes much easier.
Here are some of my summer essentials. (With cheaper options as well this time:)
White shirts.
The bigger the better. Unbuttoned and rolled up sleeves, yes.
Shorts.
Prefer shorts to skirts because you don’t have to worry about any kind of movement.
(Plus most skirts often tend to be too cute for my style.)
Really feeling the culotte style shorts/pants.
Jumpsuits.
Ah, the easiness of wearing one garment only.
I especially like these that has a more utilitarian look to them.
Slides.
Or any easy to wear footwear like loafers and mules.
Dresses.
Always been a fan of shirt-dresses and slip style dresses.
Why, because they’re easy to style for any occasion, day or night.
T-shirts.
Make sure you have enough tees and tanks because in the heat you’ll need a few.
Outerwear.
A light coat that is easy to throw on during the evening. There are several jacket options but I prefer them a bit longer in contrast to the possible short lengths I’ll be wearing ~
