DIY Friday: Cinnamon Stick Votives

One of the best scents of winter is the smell of cinnamon sticks. Cinnamon is reminiscent of apple cider, apple spice pie, pumpkin pie, spice cake, and so many more treats that come back in the winter. In this blog post, we’re going to show you how to make cinnamon stick votives that not only look beautiful and festive, but also give off a cinnamon aroma. These cinnamon stick votives are perfect for gifts, party favors, tablescapes, craft parties, or just general decor. The best part? They’re extremely easy and affordable to make!

What you’ll need:

How to:

Line cinnamon stick with hot glue. Careful not to burn yourself!

After you have lined the cinnamon stick with hot glue, place them around the votive glass one-by-one before the glue dries.

Wrap the ribbon around the votive and glue the ends with the hot glue.

Glue a bow of your choice to cover where the ends are glued for the finishing touch!

Then just light it up!

Ta Da! How adorable, right? If you have any questions or comments, share them below!
