RECENT LOOK AND RANDOM THOUGHTS

Today another post from series: FOLLOWING MY DREAMS. I hope to both inspire and motivate you to take an action.

As I wrote you some time ago (HERE), I got a job during Fashion Philosophy Fashion Week Poland as a head of backstage for OFF OUT OF SCHEDULE fashion shows. Now after crazy week has gone and I am already at home, sitting comfortably in my bed, I can tell you that I find this experience priceless, as I learned so much and had a unique chance to check myself.

At the very beginning thought of this job was making my hair stand on end. I have worked couple of times during fashion shows, but never before was a head of it, okey, I actually have never before been a head of anything... Being in charge of anybody, teaching them what I know, while making satisfied not only my subordinates, but also bunch of other people like directors,designers, producers and basically anybody involved in the event was challenging. Damn, that responsibility bites!

First day was a nightmare! Public speeches explaining everything, introducing everyone, getting know everybody (REMEMBERING ALL THE NAMES!!!) and learning how to manage tasks given to others, not to do everything myself was exhaustive... Than day by day it was going smoother and smoother and trust me or not, when we eventually run the shows everything was perfect and everybody were super happy!

Now I am waiting (thrilled) for next challenge to come.
