Well, it's Friday night once again and I've got a quick and easy cocktail recipe for you to kick-start the weekend...
You'll need: 2 measures of gin {I love Bombay Sapphire} 1 measure of lemon juice {squeeze your own or pick up a bottle from the supermarket} Crushed ice Champagne, chilled {I used a bottle of Lanson}
Cocktail shaker
Add some ice to a cocktail shaker and pour over the gin.
Add the lemon juice to the gin and shake vigorously until well frosted.
