Ingredients:
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 2 tsp sugar
– 3 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/8 tsp sea salt
– 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
– Chopped pecans, optional
– Sliced banana, optional
Instructions:
1. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl, set aside
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add almond milk, vanilla extract, sea salt. Bring to a boil
3. Add rolled oats
4. Stir, then let simmer for 5-7 mins – until liquid is absorbed
5. Plate: top with cinnamon sugar, pecans (or any other nuts) and bananas (or any other fruit)
