When uploading your photo using WordPress, you can name your photo before you insert the image. Just fill out the “alternative text” area with the keywords you are using in your blog post. Since this post is about naming photos and the title is “How to Name Your Blog Photos”, the keyword I am going to use is “How to Name Your Blog Photos”.
