A Simple Setting for Easter | Easter Table Decorations

Spring entertaining is so refreshing, because it brings on a soft palette of subtle colors. This year’s Easter table setting was inspired by the little red bud blooms from the tree just outside the dining room window. The soft pinks are a beautiful contrast to my standard Easter blue, that I don’t think I can ever shy away from. Dusty blue just feels quintessential Easter to me. I made just one purchase for this year’s Easter decor…

These adorable little bunnies. Can you blame me? Actually, I purchased them for the girls’ rooms, they’re just making an appearance at the dining room table. I don’t maintain a lot of seasonal decor, but these make great spring & Easter decorations. They’re also perfect for beautiful baby shower decorations.

This Easter, I’m keeping it casual with my everyday dishes, but you can never go wrong with classic white. I always keep my Easter table decorations minimal, so I can enjoy the day going to church & hunting Easter eggs with the girls.

Using standard egg cups, I filled them with a little water & Spanish moss to give them a nested feel. Then, I tucked in snips from my redbud tree, creating pretty place settings in just a minute.

I used my burlap table runner in lieu of a table cloth. Get the diy details here.

I used a mix of brass & silver. A larger sisal bunny watches over on the dresser with the preserved boxwood wreath.

My favorite glassware from Sur la Table works well for water, wine & juice.
