FALL is right around the corner. It might not feeeeeel like it outside, but it is coming! Yesterday I wore my new Frye boots to church because it’s September and I could — had to take them off immediately when I got home because, you know, it’s still in the 90′s…
When searching for wardrobe inspiration, I typically pop around Pinterest and then delve deep into my favorite magazines. The Fall issues are always huge, 600 page monsters full of style inspiration. Oh, I love it! A couple of weeks ago, I purchased the September issues of InStyle and Vogue at Target and got a $5 gift card (WINNING!! — offer valid through 09/13/14*).
I was so inspired by the Fall Fashion this year, so today I’ve got a treat for you sewing fashionistas! Here are some Fall Fashion looks inspired from tips tricks that jumped off the pages of InStyle and Vogue this month.
-Sew your sporty pants out of a dressier fabric (leather, silk, etc.) and pair them with heels to wear to the office then out happy hour
-Wear your long/midi skirt paired with lace-up booties to emphasize your ankles
