Last weekend in Lladuno

Last weekend we decided to take a little day trip to Llandudno (in Welsh, “Chlan-did-no”); about 80min drive away from Liverpool. The little seaside resort is one of those places where you can still find stationary shops with mountains of card of various patterns, “penny” arcades and candy floss en mass (which I LOVE).

After some lunch & carrot cake in town we walked along the seafront and, of course, to the arcade where we (surprise, surprise) didn’t win a thing but it was still good fun. Llandudno is close enough to feel far away from the bustling city centres of Liverpool & Manchester to give me that “holiday feeling” which I think is so important to have especially when things in other parts of my life are busy.
