In-between my #NYFW outfits here comes an outfit post that I shot at the end of summer back home, before flying to New York and then to Houston, where I am right now.

Entre mis outfits de #NYFW he aquí un outfit post que tomé al final del verano en Guadalajara, antes de volar a Nueva York y a Houston, donde estoy ahorita.

We tend to associate dresses with high heels and nights, but there’s always a world full of possibilities when you style them for the day. I love dresses, but I don’t wear them that often because sometimes I think their too simple, but that’s exactly what I liked about this one, simple yet the ruffles in front caught my eye. I decided to mix it with gold accessories, flats, and a hat! A formula that never fails and it’s perfect for a brunch or a family event.

Solemos asociar los vestidos con tacones y largas noches, pero el usarlos durante el día te da un mundo de posibilidades. Me encantan los vestidos pero aveces no los uso tanto porque aveces pienso que puedes llegarte a ver muy simple, y eso es precisamente lo que me encantó de este vestido, que es simple pero los olanes al frente lo hacen súper interesante. Decidí mezclarlo con accesorios dorados, flats y porque no? Un sombrero! Una fórmula que no falla y es perfecta para un brunch o un evento familiar.
