Several weeks ago, I had the opportunity to attend a private shopping event at the new Nordstrom Rack in San Francisco. When I stepped inside the store, I immediately knew I was about score some awesome styles and I was totally right! There were so many amazing pieces-rack after rack was filled with some of my FAVORITE designers: DVF, Current Elliott, Theory, Kate Spade and Alexander Wang to name a few. Several months prior, I had been searching for the perfect distressed, light-wash boyfriend jeans but everything I tried on didn’t fit right or just wasn’t what I was looking for. As I was shopping at the Rack opening, I spotted the perfect pair of Current Elliotts but unfortunately I couldn’t find my size. I found a Rack associate to search the style in my size, and luckily, she was able to find them and I snatched them up before someone else did. If you read Pink Peonies often, you’ve seen my new boyfriend jeans pop-up quite frequently. As of late, they are my favorite item in my closet that is getting the most wear, I definitely scored!
