Rayne Fall 2014 Collection

Rayne was originally launched as a theatrical shoe brand in the late 1800s and quickly became a favorite of the high society set. During the 50s Hollywood leading ladies such as Vivian Leigh and Elizabeth Taylor were fans of the label. Also, Queen Elizabeth wore Rayne shoes when she married Prince Phillip in 1947.

Nowadays popular designer Laurence Dacade is responsible for designing the line and her touch can be seen throughout the collection by her use of chelsea boots and ponyhair pumps. Dacade’s design skills and Rayne’s heritage aesthetic are a winning combination.
