Escada Fall 2014 Collection

Today I am happy to bring you styles from esteemed fashion label Escada. The brand was started in 1978 by Margaretha and Wolfgang Ley and they believed in the democratization of haute couture. Mrs. Ley was the creative force behind the label and she was a model with an education in tailoring.
The 80s and 90s say increased acceptance from the marketplace for Escada and after Margaretha’s death in 1992 Brian Rennie was tasked with keeping the label alive. Rennie brought a low-key look to Escada and also started Escada Sport.
Escada today has expanded into a full lifestyle label and operates in twenty-four different countries in North America, Europe and Asia.
