My Rhyme Story

Childhood is the fun stage of every human. It cannot be brought back but its memories remain with us until our last breathe. These memories can be refreshed without any reason, because they have been part of your life.

The rhymes below gave me a special opportunity not only to refresh my childhood memories but to get hypnotized in my good old golden memories, which are cherishable forever

Going in my childhood, I remember I was a very stubborn boy with beautiful heart and all time beautiful smile on my face. I was fat with bigger cheeks and people had made them bigger, by pulling them all time. That is different now since my cheeks are shrunken up :)

When I was in my nursery, all my friends had named me as “humppti” not “humpty”. Humppti because of problem of pronunciation. I remember, my class teacher used to teach us the new rhyme by act. Every student had a chance to act in the rhymes. On one day, I was given the character of “Humpty Dumpty” to play the rhyme and I played it very nicely. Those days were the fun days. We never felt bad. In-fact we were so happy to do such things since rhymes were so interesting. Now If I remember, I just end up with a big smile on my face. Since then I got my name as Humpty.

Another rhyme I could recall was the fun with my father. The day when the rhyme ‘Johnny Johnny yes papa’ was taught. I wanted to be in fun mood and purposely I use to go to kitchen, eat something and force my father to sing a rhyme for me.

My father never said no to it. Even he got involved in my game and we both used to have a lot of fun. Infact, till today he remembers my naughtiness and ask me to go to kitchen to have something and later he himself sings the rhyme for me. Hope I will make the same fun with my next generation by remembering my memories.

Uff…it was bit emotional. Lastly I would end this post by thanking blogadda for giving such beautiful opportunity for making me to spend some time to refresh my memories which were muted in my busy schedule.
