New gym.. new interest....



So.. I switched to a different gym last Friday, after blogging that I was fed up with it- couldn't find any interest to go etc.. I've started again- and im slightly obsessed now... :-/

I heard that my target for a good work out should be 500cal (I used to go by time on each machine).. So I've tried it- and boy does that get the sweat up lol.. Its not tough as such but feels pretty good.. It takes me 56mins on the cross trainer at level 6 to get 500cals up.. 10mins rowing is about 100cals.. on the bike its about 12mins for 100cals.. But I sort of like just doing the cross trainer.. and I've been really working my inner thighs on the weights-hate that flabbiness :(

feeling good... Lost 1lb this week... So only half a freaking pound and im on to my 6stone loss.. yipeeee
