Top 5: LGBT Books TBR before 2015

For this month’s LGBT Challenge 2014, Cayce wants to know which LGBT books you need to read before the end of this year. You can still sign up and join in with the challenge! When I did LGBT Month in April, I discovered so many books that I wanted to read but I couldn’t get to all of them. That doesn’t mean that I still don’t want to though. After careful thought, here are the top 5 books that I want to read before 2015. They’re in no particular order because I don’t think I could handle sorting them. Here goes nothing:

Pantomime by Laura Lam

Pantomime was released last year. To be honest, I have no idea what it’s about other than the fact that it has something to do with a circus. I just saw the cover and couldn’t resist.

Proxy by Alex London

I’ve wanted to read this book ever since the Dystopian phase started. I didn’t even know it had anything to do with the LGBT community. That just made me want to read it more though. Now that the rest of the series is coming out, I have no excuse!

Boy Meets Boy by David Levithan

I read Two Boys Kissing and Will Grayson, Will Grayson during April and I really loved both of them. I’ve heard mixed things about Boy Meets Boy but to be honest, that just makes me more curious.

One Man Guy by Michael Barakiva

This is another one that I have no idea about. I’ve just seen it around a lot and the cover looks really cool. I feel like I’ve read reviews for it but I can’t remember anything about it.

Great by Sara Benincasa

I mean, just look at the cover. I know some people don’t like face covers and usually I don’t but there’s something about this one that is so intriguing! Makes me want to know everything about her.

I’m just gonna take this chance to tell you to read Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe because it was beautiful. Don’t expect a real plotline though. It was just one of those books that is really eye-opening and beautiful.

Have you read any of these books? Any LGBT books you need to read soon as well? Maybe Ari and Dante?
