The Awesome Link Up
I can not tell you how excited I am about the response to last week's 20 Awesome Things post and your willingness to turn this into a monthly link up (1st Tuesday of every month!). The response was, well, awesome! Thank you so much!
Without further ado, here are 10 awesome things that can brighten my day instantly.
Sitting in a room lit only by Christmas tree lights.
Falling asleep to the sound of the rain.
Making a new friend.
Making brownies only because you want to eat the batter from the bowl.
The smell of puppies.
Finding the perfect gift for someone.
The calming scent of lavender.
Toasting the perfect marshmallow...burnt on the outside, ooey and gooey on the inside.
The anticipation of a big event.
A child's excitement for their birthday.
Any one of these things has the power to bring a smile to my face. Even on a rough day, it can give me a glimmer of hope.
