One-Bowl Cranberry Sauce Bread


Let's talk cranberry sauce. Here's my thing about it. I love making it (so easy!) and serving it (so pretty!), but I don't really love eating very much of it. I'll take maybe a tablespoon or so of it total with my Thanksgiving dinner, and then I'm pretty much good for the year on that. So what to do with all the leftovers? We bake, of course! Layered between cake. Baked into tarts.
